The Municipality of Lambton Shores is made up of three departments: Administration, Community Services and Finance, under the direction of the Chief Administrative Officer. Contact information for each of these departments is found below.

CHIEF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER

The Chief Administrative Officer is responsible for the overall management of the Municipality, corporate and strategic planning, human resources, information technology, emergency planning and response, property and liability insurance, economic development and accessibility.

CLERKS DEPARTMENT, FOREST

The Clerks Department is responsible for Council and Committee services, administration of Building Inspection, licensing, by-law enforcement including animal control, and parking enforcement, official records and cemetery administration.

PLANNING DEPARTMENT, FOREST

The Planning Department is responsible for the administation of planning activities such as Zoning and Official Plan Amendments, Site Plans, Minor Variances and Consents (Land Severances).

COMMUNITY SERVICES DEPARTMENT, THEDFORD (NORTHVILLE)

The Community Services Department is responsible for the delivery of a wide range of municipal services including water supply and distribution, wastewater collection and treatment, roads, sidewalks, streetlights, parks, playgrounds, beaches, marinas, community centres and arenas, and municipal cemeteries. In addition the department oversees solid waste management services (garbage collection and recycling as well as leaf collection and disposal)

FINANCE DEPARTMENT, GRAND BEND
