GARBAGE, RECYCLING & COMPOSTING

There is weekly garbage and recycling pickup in Lambton Shores.

Collection times may vary from week to week. However, please note garbage and recyclables must be placed at the curb prior to 7:00 a.m. on the day of collection.

Bag tags, blue boxes and composters can be purchased at each of the Municipal Offices.

COMPOSTING

Lambton Shores Compost Site
7550 Brush Road
(Adjacent to the Forest Wastewater Treatment Plant)
Open Saturdays and Wednesdays 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. - April 18th until mid fall, weather permitting.  

• Leaves and brush materials accepted.
• Brush and wood must be bundled and no longer than 4 feet in length.
• Ratepayers (no businesses) of the Municipality of Lambton Shores can pick up compost and wood chips!

E-Waste Program

Bluewater recycling is providing an e-waste program for the Municipality. E-waste may be dropped off at any Lambton Shores municipal office. Acceptable items include, televisions, computers and the computer components.
