PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT

What's Happening in Your Neighbourhood?

Throughout the year the Municipality of Lambton Shores deals with a range of planning related applications for changes to properties.  These changes could relate to the permitted uses of a particular piece of property, such as changing a residential use to a commercial type of use.  Other changes could include the creation of one or more additional building lots from a single piece of property, expanding the size of a home, garage or storage building etc.  You can keep track of what is going on in your neighbourhood by checking this site on a regular basis.
