Council has declared the following parcel of land to be surplus to the needs of the Municipality:
Part 1 on RP 25R11144 abutting property known municipally as 10031 Nipigon Street in Port Franks.
This property is part of an unopened road allowance.
The intention is to sell the property to the abutting property owner.

The Ontario government has announced that as of 12:01 a.m. on January 5, 2022, the province will return to a modified version of Step Two of the Province’s Roadmap to Reopen. The measures will be in place for at least 21 days, subject to trends in public health and the health care system.

Out of an abundance of caution, Lambton Shores Council has made the decision to return to a virtual format for Council meetings. The decision was made amidst mounting concerns over the spread of COVID-19’s Omicron variant and public health guidelines that advise limiting indoor public gatherings.
Although Council meetings will return to a virtual format, meetings will continue to be live streamed for the public.
