With the holiday season approaching, the Municipality of Lambton Shores reminds the public that the municipal office will be closed beginning Tuesday, December 24, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. The office will reopen with regular hours on Thursday, January 2, 2025.

Forest Bulk Water Station Out of Service

The Bulk Water Station in Forest is currently out of service as staff look to have damage to the station repaired.
Anyone needing bulk water is directed to the Municipality’s Northville Bulk Water Station.

Canada Post Strike Updates

Due to the ongoing Canada Post strike, there may be impacts to the delivery and receipt of mailed invoices, payments, and Municipal Notices.

Canada Post Strike Update

The Canada Post strike action may impact the delivery of Municipal paper billing, invoices and other notifications – including water utility bills, property tax bills and invoices. There are contingency options available for residents and businesses to ensure bills, invoices, or Municipal notices are not missed.
It is the recipient’s responsibility to ensure that any amount due is paid by the due date.
Planned Water Disruption

If you are in the area along Lakeshore Road (between Port Franks and Klondyke Road), you may experience water disruptions next week while the Municipality completes maintenance on the existing water system. The work is scheduled to take place November 20. If weather does not cooperate, the rain date is November 12.
