Construction Notice: Forest Pedestrian Bridge

The Municipality of Lambton Shores is undertaking a construction project on the Grand Trunk Trail's pedestrian bridge in Forest.
As part of the project, the pedestrian bridge approaches, decking, and railing structures will all be removed and replaced. The bridge will be completely closed during the project.
Project is scheduled to begin in late-October, 2023 with an anticipated completion date in late-November, 2023.

Road Closure: Gordon Road Asphalt Resurfacing

Be advised that Gordon Road (between Decker Road and Townsend Line) will be closed for construction beginning Monday, September 11, 2023. The project includes asphalt resurfacing and the estimated completion date is October 2023.
During the project, Gordon Road will be closed to all but local traffic.

Construction Notice: West Ipperwash Road at Victoria Avenue

The Municipality of Lambton Shores is undertaking a construction project at the south-east corner of the intersection of West Ipperwash Road and Victoria Avenue, adjacent to the Arbor Acres Plaza. The project will be a reconstruction of the intersection for urbanization.

The Municipality of Lambton Shores is undertaking a construction project on Klondyke Road at Goosemarsh Drain. The culverts on Klondyke Road at Goosemarsh Drain will be combined and replaced, which will also include a road reconstruction project at this drain crossing.
