Short-term rental owners can now apply for a Short-Term Rental Licence with the Municipality of Lambton Shores, which will be required in accordance with a licensing by-law passed by Council on June 7, 2022. Starting April 1, 2023, Huron Shores Area Transit (HSAT) is bringing back its original fare structure of $5 for local trips and $10 for long-distance trips, and increasing its Smart Card Monthly Pass from $50 to $60 for unlimited rides in a 31-day period. Lambton Shores, ON – Lambton Shores Fire and Emergency Services has put out a call for part-time/on-call firefighters as the department launches their annual firefighter recruitment campaign. During this year’s recruitment campaign, the Municipality is looking to recruit a total of 18 firefighters across all five fire stations:
