The Municipality of Lambton Shores (Municipality) has retained Arcadis/IBI Group to develop a Stormwater Management (SWM) Master Plan (SWMMP) to establish a much-needed road map for the Municipality to advance the development of a comprehensive stormwater management strategy to address current and future needs within the Village of Grand Bend (Village). Short-term rental owners can now apply for a Short-Term Rental Licence with the Municipality of Lambton Shores, which will be required in accordance with a licensing by-law passed by Council on June 7, 2022. Starting April 1, 2023, Huron Shores Area Transit (HSAT) is bringing back its original fare structure of $5 for local trips and $10 for long-distance trips, and increasing its Smart Card Monthly Pass from $50 to $60 for unlimited rides in a 31-day period.
