Klondyke Sports Park - Pickleball and Tennis Court Construction

Construction is underway at the Klondyke Sports Park for the installation of six (6) pickleball courts and one (1) tennis court adjacent to the existing washroom facility. The anticipated completion date for the project is July 2024.

Flags at half-mast: The Right Honourable Brian Mulroney

The flags at all Municipal facilities have been lowered to half-mast in honour of The Right Honourable Brian Mulroney P.C. C.C. G.O.Q., 18th Prime Minister of Canada, who passed away on February 29, 2024.
Mr. Mulroney served the citizens of Canada as Prime Minister from 1984-1993. Our thoughts are with his family and loved ones.
A date for the funeral and/or memorial service has not yet been determined.

Thedford Water Booster Station Rehabilitation

The Municipality of Lambton Shores is undertaking a construction project in Thedford. The project involves rehabilitation to both the water booster station building and underground reservoirs that also includes surface restoration alterations.

Public Feedback Survey: Grand Bend Community Centre Feasibility Study

The Municipality of Lambton Shores is preparing a Feasibility Study to determine whether new or improved indoor recreation facilities are needed in light of population growth in Grand Bend and surrounding areas. As part of the feasibility study, the Municipality is looking for your input to help identify the types of spaces that may be required.
The deadline to submit a feedback form is January 31, 2024.
