The following Public Meetings were held:
- Zoning By-law Amendment Application ZO-07-2018 for Lotte Hock and Ron Golemba - 6603 East Parkway Drive, Ipperwash:

Meeting of Council held June 26, 2018

A public meeting was held for a zoning by-law amendment at 7680 Townsend Line. The zoning amendment was approved.
Council heard a presentation from Lambton Public Health regarding the Smoke-Free Ontario Act, 2017.
BDO Canada LLP presented the 2017 Financial Statements and they were approved by Council.
The 2018 asphalt patching tender was awarded to Armstrong Paving and Materials Group Ltd.

Meeting of Council held June 5, 2018

Tenders were awarded for:
- Prince/Bradley Reconstruction Project in Forest
- Rock Glen Road Culvert Replacement.
Council approved the purchase of a fire tanker for the Grand Bend Station.
The lease with the Grand Bend Art Centre was renewed for a 3 year term.
Staff was directed to proceed with an update to the Forest and Area Sanitary Sewage Master Plan which is to include the consideration of a developer constructed decentralized sewage treatment...

Meeting of Council held April 24, 2018

A public meeting was held for a zoning by-law amendment application for 6218 Juniper Lane and the application was approved.
Staff presented a PowerPoint on Lambton Shores Branding Initiatives.
A subdivision agreement with M.T. Johnstone Construction Ltd. was approved.
The contractor for community and directional signage was approved.
Council approved two projects proposed by the Kiwanis Club of Forest.

Meeting of Council held April 24, 2018

Council received a presentation from St. Joseph’s Hospice.
Donation of $ 15,000 was confirmed for the Lambton Shores Phragmites Community Group.
Revisions were to the Draft Approved Plan of Subdivision for East Glen Estates in Arkona were supported.
An exemption was granted to Parkbridge Lifestyle Communities Inc. to allow them to apply for an amendment to the OP prior to the second anniversary of it’s passing.
