Council returned to in-person meetings in September. At this time, the public continues to be invited to view meetings on the Lambton Shores website via live stream.

COVID-19 Update: Municipal Impacts and Facilities Update

On September 14, 2021, the Ontario Government released details regarding vaccine certificates and proof of vaccination requirements in select settings. In the announcement, the government outlined the businesses, organizations, and facilities that must implement a proof of vaccination policy.
In accordance with this provincial legislation, proof of vaccination will be required at municipal operated facilities effective Wednesday, September 22, 2021.

Have your say: 2022 Pre-Budget Survey

Lambton Shores Council and staff are beginning the 2022 budget process and are looking for public input.
As part of the budget development process, Lambton Shores' residents and business owners are invited to share their priorities, preferences and input by completing the 2022 Pre-Budget Survey.
The deadline to submit a survey is November 12, 2021. Survey responses will be limited to one per resident/business owner. Results of the survey will be shared with Council at the November 30th council meeting.

In anticipation of Theodore TOO's visit, there will be limited access in and out of the Parkhill Creek in Grand Bend on Monday while crews spend time dredging the channel (weather permitting).
Vessels coming in and out of Grand Bend are asked to monitor Marine Channel 68 for communication with the crews. As well as adhering to the strict NO WAKE rules, your patience is appreciated while the dredging work is underway.
