Council met virtually on April 13th for their regularly scheduled meeting. The public was invited to view the open session beginning at 7:00 pm. live on the Lambton Shores website.
- Public meetings were held for the following Zoning By-Law Amendment applications:
- 10020 Port Franks Estates Dr – BDS Construction – to permit to permit a second dwelling in a detached building; the ZBA was approved
- Ravenswood Line/Elizabeth St – M&S Ryan – to permit the pasturing and housing of up to 5 horses with conditions; the by-law will be presented to Council at the next meeting for approval
- An agreement for a temporary trailer at 10254 Mary Ave was approved
- A by-law to permit Low Speed Vehicles in Lambton Shores was approved
- The Harbourside Village Culvert Replacement tender was awarded to VanDriel Excavating Inc. in the amount of $ 242,694.06
- A Fire Safety Grant for a new training platform to assist with online learning and training was accepted
- Council supported the application by Twin Pines Orchard & Cider House for a By-the-Glass Liquor Sales Licence
- The Procedural By-Law was amended to allow delegations and presentations during electronic meetings
