Lambton Shores Council met on July 19 for a regularly scheduled council meeting.
Council Highlights:
- A public meeting for a Zoning By-Law Amendment was held for 89 Main Street, Thedford, to permit uses of the subject lands as a residence, and office, and/or a short term rental accommodation; the ZBA was approved
- Public meetings for an Official Plan and Zoning By-Law Amednment was held for 328 Ontario Street S to change the land use designation and zoning; the applications were approved
- Council approved site plans for 75 Main Street East, Grand Bend and 9981 Lakeshore Road
- Council received an update from staff on the Forest Arena condition
- Financing for the Administration Building was approved
The next scheduled Council meeting will be on August 9, 2022 at the Legacy Centre in Thedford. The public is invited to view the meeting online or in person.
