Lambton Shores to Host Free Job Fair on March 27

The Municipality of Lambton Shores is excited to announce a free Job Fair taking place on Thursday, March 27, 2025, from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Thomas Hall, located in the Legacy Recreation Centre, 16 Allen Street, Thedford.

This event offers an excellent opportunity for residents and students to connect with local businesses and explore a variety of employment opportunities, including full-time, part-time, and seasonal positions.

“There are so many local businesses offering a wide range of job opportunities, from full-time permanent roles to seasonal and part-time work,” said Natalie Core, Economic Development Coordinator for the Municipality of Lambton Shores. “As a Municipality, we are committed to promoting these opportunities and facilitating connections between businesses and community members.”

The event is hosted in partnership with Lambton College’s Community Employment Services, the Sarnia Lambton Workforce Development Board, and the Sarnia-Lambton Economic Partnership. Through these partnerships, attendees will not only have the chance to network with local employers but also to meet with employment professionals. These experts will offer advice on building work experience, navigating the job market, and accessing apprenticeships or co-op programs.

Businesses interested in participating as an employer are invited to register online by Friday, February 28, 2025. Registration is free of charge.
