Recruitment DatesThe 2021 Recruitment is now open until March 31, 2021. Recruitment ProcessOur recruitment process consists of a formal application, physical ability testing, interview, health and medical testing and submission of required documents. Successful candidates will be required to attend mandatory training. The National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 1001 Certification process delivered by the Lambton Fire academy based at Lambton College will commence in October. The Municipality of Lambton Shores is currently accepting resumes for various seasonal full-time (40 hours per week) positions within the Community Services Department. Start dates for all positions vary between May and the beginning of June. All positions end by Labour Day weekend.
