Lambton Shores Launches New Public Survey Tool

The Municipality of Lambton Shores is excited to announce a new partnership with FlashVote, an online survey tool to improve the Municipality’s public consultation efforts. The new digital tool provides residents with a quick, easy, and anonymous way to share their opinions on important local issues.

FlashVote also provides the Municipality with professionally crafted, scientifically designed surveys, delivering valuable data to help inform decision-making on important community issues.

With FlashVote, residents can register in less than one minute to begin receiving email notifications about upcoming public surveys. Upon receiving a new survey alert, they will have 48 hours to participate, ensuring their voices are heard promptly and effectively. All feedback through the survey tool remains anonymous, with specific personal and demographic data securely collected and not shared with the Municipality or any external parties.

Survey participants will receive a summary of the overall survey results after each poll, offering transparency and insight into how their views align with the broader community. This transparency will foster greater trust and engagement in the public consultation process.

This new survey tool will be used in addition to the Municipality’s existing public consultation efforts, including sharing information online, hosting public open houses, and inviting community members to attend council meetings.

Residents are encouraged to sign up early to ensure they receive notifications for all upcoming public consultation efforts.
