Spring 2026 Asphalt Resurfacing Project

The Municipality's project contractor (Armstrong Paving and Materials Group Ltd.) will be starting the Spring 2026 Asphalt Resurfacing Project next week, as part of the Municipality's 2026 budget.

The spring phase of the project will include road resurfacing in the areas of:

• Frances Drive (South end to North end) in Forest
• Stanley Street (Park Lane to West End) in Forest
• Christie Boulevard in Grand Bend
• Lake Road (Pines Parkway to Ontario Street South) in Grand Bend

Residents in the areas above will noticed construction activity during the project, which has an anticipated completion date of June 15, 2026. There will be times when the street will be obstructed with construction activities, but road access will be maintained during construction. Driveways will be accessible, though short periods of restricted access will be required when construction is directly in front of a residence.
