Water Meter Upgrade Program: Neptune

The Municipality of Lambton Shores is conducting a water meter upgrade program and has awarded a contract to Neptune Technology Group Canada Company (Neptune) for water meter supply and installation services within Lambton Shores. The project involves lifecycle replacement of water meters and plumbing components necessary at residences, businesses, and other water customers in the municipality.

Property owners in the program area will receive a mailed notice with more information, including instructions on how to book an appointment for the meter installation. To accommodate a range of availability, Neptune will be scheduling appointments Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
