Community Health Centres

We are lucky have two Community Health Centres in Lambton Shores. These centres offer a variety of different services including medical, social and health promotion services.

North Lambton Community Health Centre

The North Lambton Community Health Centre offers primary health care services for their registered clients. They also provide a wide range of health promotion and disease prevention programs for everyone in the community based on assessed needs.

Grand Bend and Area Community Health Centre

The Grand Bend and Area Community Health Centre is a non-profit, community-run organization that provides complete primary medical care for their enrolled clients. Their health promotion strategies use multidisciplinary teams of health providers and are available to clients as well as everyone in the community.
